James & China

James and China Page’s journey to parenthood has been marked by both extraordinary challenges and unwavering dedication. Their love story began in 2013 and has been filled with shared passions and a commitment to helping others, with James mentoring inner-city youth and China dedicating her time to non-profit healthcare and animal welfare. Despite their devotion to their community, their path to starting a family has been fraught with difficulties, including a traumatic brain injury for China and numerous fertility treatments that yielded no successful outcomes.

Undeterred, they have poured their savings into fertility procedures and have even explored foster care as an alternative, though it has not yet provided the family they dream of. With their financial resources exhausted and their hopes pinned on the possibility of IVF with an egg donor, they are seeking support through a grant to help make their dream of becoming parents a reality. Their perseverance and commitment to each other and their community exemplify their readiness to embrace parenthood, and they are hopeful that this grant will be the key to starting a new chapter filled with love and joy.
